We offer a selection of 12 month learnerships whereby organisations sponsor full-time students as they learn cutting-edge data skills. The programme includes an intensive 6-month learning phase, followed by 6 months of projects and internships working in the sponsor organisation on the real-life problems which need solving. What better way to groom the future employees to join your ranks.
Our learnerships are SETA-accredited which means your Skills Development funds optimise BBBEE points. A triple win situation!
By sponsoring an EXPLORE learnership, that’s exactly what you get! Our recruiting mechanism ensures that we only present the top candidates for you as an organisation to select your learners from. We do the hard work upfront.
Once you have selected the students who best fit your requirements, you get front row seats to watch their progress through the programme. Regular, real-time feedback on their performance is part of the process.
During the project and internship phase, you get a 6 month period during which to assess each learner’s way of working, attitude and fit. By the end of the process, its a simple, smooth transition from student to high-flying employee!
